Q.How do I defend stale laboratory activities?
Please follow the alternative procedures defined in the seventh page of the syllabus. This is to make the whole arrangement convenient for everyone.
Q.When is the deadline for laboratory activities?
The absolute deadline for all laboratory activities is the 21st of May, after which no more submissions will be accepted, and no more submissions will be graded. Laboratory activities must be defended on or before the 13th of May to qualify for refactor opportunity. Laboratory activities defended after the 13th of May have their provisional grades instantly become final. This is to adhere to the reasonable amount of time given clause around performing refactors for laboratory activities mandated by the syllabus.
Take note that a laboratory activity will not be graded if one of the contributors fail to submit their individual deliverables for that activity on the day of either: completion of refactors requested (for submissions on or before the 13th of May) or the very day of the submission itself (if no refactor opportunity has been granted). Individual deliverables are necessary for the ICS component of your grade for a laboratory activity. TLDR: no individual deliverables, zero grade for the laboratory activity, for both members.
